Meetings are held bi-monthly at 7:30pm in Buckland Filleigh Village Hall. The agenda is posted on the notice board to the left of the front door one week before each meeting.

• Public Participation: Members of the public are welcome to attend and may speak during the public participation period (3 minutes per person, subject to registration with the Clerk beforehand)
